Therapy for Young Adults (Ages 18-30)
Young adulthood is a pivotal time of growth, as you transition into greater independence and explore your identity, career, relationships, and personal values. While this period can be exciting, it can also bring challenges, such as navigating changing relationships, managing stress, and figuring out your place in the world.
Therapy provides a safe and supportive space to explore these challenges, build emotional resilience, and develop practical tools for managing stress, relationships, and life transitions. Together, we can work on creating a stronger sense of self, improving coping strategies, and finding clarity during this transformative time in your life.
"Growth begins when we face the things that challenge us."
A Message to Young Adults...
At Grounded Grace, I provide a personalized approach to therapy that helps you navigate emotional challenges and foster personal growth. While my work is rooted in developmental therapy—examining how early experiences shape current behaviors and emotions—we don’t always need to dive deep into childhood. I also offer solution-focused therapy to address immediate challenges and create practical strategies for moving forward.
I take a psychodynamic and attachment-based approach, helping you understand how past relationships and unconscious patterns contribute to present struggles. By exploring these dynamics, we can break old cycles, increase self-awareness, and promote lasting change. My goal is to empower you to understand yourself better, heal from past patterns, and create healthier ways of living in the present.
In therapy, there is no pressure to go too deep or address everything at once. We’ll work together at your pace, focusing on what matters most to you and what feels right for your journey.
I look forward to supporting you as you work toward meaningful change.
