Cancer Mental Health Support
A cancer diagnosis changes everything—physically, emotionally, and mentally. Whether you're currently in treatment, in remission, or adjusting to life after cancer, the emotional toll can be overwhelming. Fear, grief, anger, anxiety, and even a sense of betrayal by your own body are common experiences.
I bring first-hand experience as a cancer survivor, which informs my compassionate approach to therapy. I offer a space where you can process these emotions, regain a sense of control, and rebuild your identity beyond cancer. Specialized support is available for:
Coping with a new diagnosis and treatment
Managing anxiety, depression, and fear of recurrence
Processing body image changes and identity shifts
Navigating relationships and support systems
Adjusting to survivorship and life beyond cancer
You don’t have to face this alone. Together, we’ll work toward emotional healing, resilience, and a renewed sense of self.
