I’m someone who loves outdoor activities, creating in various ways,  seeking adventures, and getting lost in good music. I believe in showing up as you are, and I bring that same energy into every session.

I know what it’s like to feel pulled in opposite directions—like you’re giving too much and still falling short, or like you’re holding back and losing ground. It can leave you feeling stuck, exhausted, and unsure of where to go next. But you’re not broken or beyond help. Together, we’ll challenge those beliefs, uncover your inner strength, and help you move forward with confidence and clarity.

Since 2020, I’ve been helping people heal and grow in residential programs and community-based care. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Louisiana State University and am licensed in Colorado. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and tailored to you.
